Son y\u0131llarda t\u0131p ve biyoteknolojide oldu\u011fu kadar tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta da h\u0131zla ilgi kazanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta CRISPR\/Cas9 ile inek ve s\u0131\u011f\u0131r genomundaki belirli genleri hedefleyerek, hayvanlar\u0131n verim, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesi gibi \u00f6zellikleri \u00fczerinde iyile\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ABD\u2019li ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar CRISPR teknolojisiyle s\u0131\u011f\u0131r genlerine yaln\u0131zca birka\u00e7 amino asitlik de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yaparak hayvanlar\u0131 <strong>t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz<\/strong> ve <strong>viral hastal\u0131klara<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale getirebildiklerini bildirmi\u015ftir<a href=\"https:\/\/dergipark.org.tr\/en\/download\/article-file\/3078148#:~:text=hala%20mevcut%20oldu%C4%9Funu%20g%C3%B6stermi%C5%9Ftir,kar%C5%9F%C4%B1%20daha%20diren%C3%A7li%20olduklar%C4%B1%20g%C3%B6r%C3%BClm%C3%BC%C5%9Ft%C3%BCr\">[1]<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cidrap.umn.edu\/antimicrobial-stewardship\/gene-edited-calf-shows-resistance-common-cattle-virus#:~:text=In%20a%20proof,the%20embryos%20into%20surrogate%20cows\">[2]<\/a>. Ayr\u0131ca, CRISPR ile kuzu ve dana yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finde et verimini art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zetle, CRISPR\/Cas9 b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanlarda genetik olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki avantajlar\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 vaat etmektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&#8211; <strong>Verim ve Kas Geli\u015fimi:<\/strong> Kas geli\u015fimini s\u0131n\u0131rlayan genlerin (\u00f6r. <em>MSTN<\/em> \u2013 myostatin) CRISPR ile devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, hayvanlar\u0131n kas k\u00fctlesini ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla et verimini art\u0131rabilir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2075-1729\/12\/5\/627#:~:text=significantly%20inferior,related%20proteins%20and%20nineteen\">[3]<\/a>. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarda <em>MSTN<\/em> geni d\u00fczenlenen \u00c7in S\u0131\u011f\u0131r\u0131 buza\u011f\u0131lar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131 ve kas dokusu belirgin \u015fekilde artarken, hayvanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u00fcremeye elveri\u015fli kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2075-1729\/12\/5\/627#:~:text=significantly%20inferior,related%20proteins%20and%20nineteen\">[3]<\/a>. Hastal\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hayvanlar, i\u015fletme verimlili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131rken antibiyotik ve ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da azalt\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&#8211; <strong>S\u00fct Kalitesi ve Alerjen Azaltma:<\/strong> S\u00fctteki istenmeyen protein bile\u015fenleri CRISPR ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ine\u011fin s\u00fct\u00fcnde yayg\u0131n bir alerjen olan <em>\u03b2-laktoglobulin<\/em> (BLG) geni CRISPR ile kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, s\u00fct alerjisi riski d\u00fc\u015fer. B\u00f6ylece, s\u00fct veriminde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmadan s\u00fct alerjisi sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"> &#8211; <strong>Genetik Kusurlar\u0131n D\u00fczeltmesi:<\/strong> Hayvan populasyonlar\u0131nda genetik kusurlar (kal\u0131tsal hastal\u0131klar) mevcut olabilir. CRISPR teknolojisiyle bu t\u00fcr zararl\u0131 mutasyonlar hedeflenip de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir veya tamamen silinebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, do\u011fu\u015ftan hastal\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7an gen mutasyonlar\u0131 d\u00fczeltilerek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 soylar olu\u015fturulabilir. Bu sayede hem hayvan refah\u0131 artar hem de i\u015fletmeler genetik hastal\u0131ktan kaynaklanan kay\u0131plardan korunabilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">&#8211; <strong>Hayvan Refah\u0131 (Polled\/ Boynuzsuz Hayvanlar):<\/strong> Geleneksel olarak s\u00fct s\u0131\u011f\u0131rc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda buza\u011f\u0131lardan boynuzlar\u0131n\u0131 yakarak veya keserek uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak zorunda kal\u0131n\u0131r ki bu ac\u0131 verici bir i\u015flemdir. CRISPR ile <strong>boynuz olu\u015fum geninin<\/strong> (polled gen) hayvan DNA\u2019s\u0131na eklenmesiyle do\u011fu\u015ftan boynuzsuz (polled) inekler elde edilebilir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.synthego.com\/blog\/alison-van-eenennamm-podcast\/#:~:text=and%20also%20to%20their%20human,dehorned%20rather%20than%20doing%20it\">[6]<\/a>. Ger\u00e7ekten de Kaliforniya \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden bir ekibin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, CRISPR ile d\u00fczenlenen ineklerde boynuz geli\u015fimi engellenmi\u015f ve bu hayvanlar\u0131n yavrular\u0131nda boynuzsuzluk \u00f6zelli\u011fi genetik olarak devam etmi\u015ftir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.synthego.com\/blog\/alison-van-eenennamm-podcast\/#:~:text=and%20also%20to%20their%20human,dehorned%20rather%20than%20doing%20it\">[6]<\/a>. Boynuzsuz inekler \u00fcreticinin i\u015fini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve hayvanlara yap\u0131lan zahiri <strong>dehorning<\/strong> (boynuz yakma) i\u015fleminin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"> &#8211; <strong>\u00c7evresel Uyum ve Adaptasyon:<\/strong> CRISPR, hayvanlar\u0131n \u00e7evresel streslere uyumunu da geli\u015ftirebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131ca\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 deri genlerinin d\u00fczenlenmesi gelecekte m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Ayr\u0131ca, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar inek ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131ndaki mikrobiyomun CRISPR ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesiyle metan emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor<a href=\"https:\/\/bilimteknik.tubitak.gov.tr\/makale\/crispr-inek-bagirsaklarindan-kaynaklanan-metan-emisyonlarini-azaltabilir-mi#:~:text=Bilim%20insanlar%C4%B1%2C%20ineklere%20do%C4%9Fumda%20uygulanabilecek,uygulanabilecek%20potansiyel%20bir%20%C3%A7%C3%B6z%C3%BCm%20sunuyor\">[7]<\/a>. Mikrobiyom d\u00fczenlemesiyle seragaz\u0131 emisyonu d\u00fc\u015ferken, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k ve iklim dostu \u00fcretim hedeflenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu uygulamalar bir arada d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, \u00e7ift\u00e7iler <strong>daha y\u00fcksek verim<\/strong>, <strong>daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hayvanlar<\/strong> ve <strong>daha kaliteli s\u00fct\/et<\/strong> elde edebilir. CRISPR sayesinde <em>genetik olarak \u00fcretilen bu \u00f6zellikler<\/em>, geleneksel seleksiyonla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan d\u00fczeyde h\u0131z ve do\u011frulukla hayvanlara kazand\u0131r\u0131labilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin verim y\u00f6n\u00fcnden seleksiyonun y\u00fczy\u0131llar alaca\u011f\u0131 baz\u0131 \u00f6zellikler, CRISPR ile tek nesilde bile gen d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir. Ayr\u0131ca hastal\u0131k direnci ve hayvan refah\u0131, s\u00fcr\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla direkt ilgili oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bu t\u00fcr genetik iyile\u015ftirmeler nakit verimlili\u011fi yan\u0131nda hayvan bak\u0131m maliyetlerini de azaltabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rnekleri<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de CRISPR\/Cas9 hen\u00fcz \u00e7ok gen\u00e7 bir alan olsa da son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta ilgi \u00e7ekici geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131. En somut \u00f6rne\u011fi, Aksaray ve Harran \u00fcniversiteleri \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen T\u00dcB\u0130TAK destekli projedir. Bu projede t\u00fcp ortam\u0131nda \u00fcretilen inek embriyolar\u0131nda CRISPR-Cas9 teknolojisi ile s\u00fct alerjisine neden olan <strong>\u03b2-laktoglobulin (BLG)<\/strong> geni hedef al\u0131narak susturuldu. Geli\u015ftirilen embriyolar ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 ineklere aktar\u0131ld\u0131 ve biri di\u015fi biri erkek olmak \u00fczere iki sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 buza\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyaya geldi<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aksaray.edu.tr\/aksaray-universitesinden-genetik-devrim--sut-alerjenini-tasimayan-buzagilar-dogdu#:~:text=Aksaray%20%C3%9Cniversitesi%20%C3%B6nc%C3%BCl%C3%BC%C4%9F%C3%BCnde%20y%C3%BCr%C3%BCt%C3%BClen%20%C3%A7al%C4%B1%C5%9Fmalar,Projenin%20y%C3%BCr%C3%BCt%C3%BCc%C3%BCl%C3%BC%C4%9F%C3%BCn%C3%BC%20Harran\">[4]<\/a>. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu buza\u011f\u0131lar\u0131, olgunla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda BLG i\u00e7ermeyen s\u00fct veren hayvanlar olarak \u00e7o\u011faltmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ekibinin ifadesiyle bu, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada bir ilk\u201d olarak de\u011ferlendirildi<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aksaray.edu.tr\/aksaray-universitesinden-genetik-devrim--sut-alerjenini-tasimayan-buzagilar-dogdu#:~:text=etkin%20bir%20%C5%9Fekilde%20kullan%C4%B1ld%C4%B1,Projenin%20%C3%B6nemine%20dikkat%20%C3%A7eken\">[5]<\/a>. Ayr\u0131ca Harran \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Prof. Faruk Bozkaya ve ekibi, \u00fcrettikleri bu buza\u011f\u0131lar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ileride <strong>s\u00fct alerjisine daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> vurgulam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aksaray.edu.tr\/aksaray-universitesinden-genetik-devrim--sut-alerjenini-tasimayan-buzagilar-dogdu#:~:text=etkin%20bir%20%C5%9Fekilde%20kullan%C4%B1ld%C4%B1,Projenin%20%C3%B6nemine%20dikkat%20%C3%A7eken\">[5]<\/a>. Hen\u00fcz yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f ba\u015fka b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f CRISPR projesi bildirilmemi\u015f olmakla birlikte, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki veteriner okullar\u0131 ve tar\u0131m ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fclerinin bu alana ilgi duymas\u0131, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda yeni uygulamalar g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimize i\u015faret ediyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, \u00fcreme biyolojisi ve embriyo teknolojileri konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan baz\u0131 gruplar\u0131n yak\u0131nda hastal\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k veya et verimi art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik projeler duyurmas\u0131 beklenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gelecekteki Kazan\u0131mlar<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>CRISPR teknolojisiyle b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta sa\u011flanacak ilerlemeler, hem \u00e7ift\u00e7iler hem de t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in ciddi kazan\u0131mlar vaat ediyor. Beklenen ba\u015fl\u0131ca kazan\u0131mlar \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Artan Verim ve Ekonomik Katk\u0131:<\/strong> S\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131n et ve s\u00fct verimindeki art\u0131\u015f, \u00fcreticilerin gelirini y\u00fckseltir ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne rekabet avantaj\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Daha az yemle daha \u00e7ok et\/s\u00fct \u00fcretmek i\u015fletme maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hastal\u0131klar\u0131n Azalmas\u0131 ve \u0130la\u00e7 Kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n D\u00fc\u015fmesi:<\/strong> Hastal\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u0131rklar sayesinde kay\u0131plar azalacak, antibiyotik gibi ila\u00e7lara ihtiya\u00e7 azalacakt\u0131r.
