PBMC\u2019ler, enfeksiyonlar\u0131n tan\u0131nmas\u0131 ve yok edilmesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde merkezi bir rol oynayan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k h\u00fccreleridir.
